LUMA CREATIONS delivers a range of creative programmes and workshops throughout the year. We work closely with schools, communities and education establishments to promote Latin American culture, develop partnerships and teach skills in music, dance, carnival and many other themes.
LUMA CREATIONS have been working with schools since the company’s inception IN 2011 and the team is highly experienced in working with all ages and in a vast array of settings.
LUMA delivers skill based sessions as well as themed based sessions using creative activities as tools for learning and development as well as to tackle a range of issues such as identity, climate change, global education and much more.” We, at Kingsmead School Holiday Club, have been using Francisco of LUMA CREATIONS for the past few years to provide drum and rhythm workshops for the children who come to the club. The children range from 2-13 years old. Francisco is brilliant with all age groups and makes the workshop not only fun but very informative and interesting. He is able to encourage those children who are a bit nervous and also develop those children that throw themselves into the activity. This activity provides colour, music, excitement and rhythm and helps children dance to the beat!.”Lorraine Bradbury, Holiday Club Co-ordinator, Kingsmead School, Hoylake
